UNITED: A name highly reflecting the team spirit and leadership of Chairman & General Manager Joseph Tayeh. Adopted as the corporate logo in 1983, UNITED represents the company's reputation and recognition for excellence and quality and in some senses acts as a quality seal.

The term UNITED symbolizes mutual action, harmony, union, teamwork and joint effort, linked to the 3 colors red, green and white:
  • RED in human color psychology, is associated with energy, power and blood. Emotions that stir the blood, including speed, force, capacity and performance.
  • Reprocessed petroleum isn't black.It is GREEN!
Green like the managed and protected Mother Earth too...
  • WHITE color means purity, being a leader in distributing the purest petroleum derivatives: fuel oil, gasoline, and lubricants.

The mixture RED, WHITE, GREEN offers an image that reflects colors of LEBANON’S flag, hoping to evoke a positive, patriotic consumer response. United’s patriotic image expresses Chairman & General Manager Joseph Tayeh dedication to applying the ideals of this country to our business practices.
